Getting started

Create a workspace, set its clock, connect an account and schedule your first post.

What a workspace is

A workspace holds one brand or one client: its connected accounts, its queue, its media library, its team and its billing. If you manage several clients, give each one its own workspace and switch between them from the menu at the top of the sidebar.

Each person can own two free workspaces. Workspaces on a paid plan do not count towards that.

Your first post in five steps

  1. Sign up with your email address and create your first workspace.
  2. Open Settings, then Workspace, and check the time zone. Every scheduled time in the workspace is on this clock, for everybody on the team.
  3. Open Settings, then Connections, and connect at least one account. Each network card says what it needs before you start.
  4. Open Publish and start a new post. Tick the accounts it goes to, write the caption and attach any media.
  5. Pick a time and press Schedule this post. The post waits in the queue and goes out at that time.

Finding your way around

Press Cmd K on a Mac, or Ctrl K on Windows and Linux, to open the command palette. Every screen and the main actions are in it, and it understands what you would call a thing rather than only its label: typing "instagram" finds Connections.
