The numbers
Analytics shows your posts' engagement, reach and views over the range you choose with the tabs at the top, set against the period before. A number that a network did not report is left blank rather than shown as zero.
Best time to post
Best time to post reads one account at a time and shows which hours of the week its posts get the best engagement rate, in the workspace time zone. It uses a fixed window stated above the grid, whatever the range tab says, because each hour of the week comes round only once a week. Each post is scored at a similar age, and an hour with too few posts stays blank rather than zero.
AI summary
Owners and admins can ask for a written summary of the chosen period: a few observations and suggestions based on this workspace's own figures. Any sentence quoting a number that is not in those figures is removed before you see it. A saved summary is reused while the numbers are unchanged, and a period with fewer than five measured posts gets a sentence saying so instead of a summary. Each new summary uses one AI action from your plan.
