Email alerts
Get an email when a post fails, an account disconnects or a post is waiting for your approval.
The three alerts
A post fails or misses its slot, which includes a post whose first comment could not be posted. Sent to owners and admins.
A connected account stops working, when a connection expires, cannot be refreshed or is removed. Sent to owners and admins.
A post is waiting for approval. Sent to everybody who can approve posts, except the person who asked.
Turning them on or off
- Open Your profile from the account menu at the foot of the sidebar.
- Under email alerts, switch each alert on or off. Your choice applies to every workspace you belong to.
Good to know
You get at most one email of each kind per workspace per hour. Anything more in that hour is counted into the next email rather than sent separately.
