Scheduled email reports
Send a weekly or monthly performance report to the people who want it.
What the report holds
Posts published, engagement, reach, views, the engagement rate, the three best posts and each network, set against the period before.
Setting it up
- Open Analytics and choose Email this report.
- An owner or admin chooses weekly or monthly, the day and the time. The time is on the workspace clock.
- An owner or admin adds the people who should receive it. Members and above can also put themselves on the list, and anyone on it can take themselves off.
Good to know
A weekly report covers the previous Monday to Sunday, whichever day it goes out. A monthly report covers the previous calendar month. Nothing is sent to an address that has not been confirmed.
