Saved text: hashtag groups, snippets and saved replies

Three kinds

A hashtag group is a set of hashtags you use together. A caption snippet is a sign-off, a disclaimer or a call to action. A saved reply is an answer you give to comments often. All three are shared with everybody in the workspace.

Saving text

1. Open Settings, then Brand kit, and find Saved text.
2. Add an item, choose its kind, give it a name you will recognise and write the text.

Using it

In the composer, the saved text menu offers hashtag groups and caption snippets. In a comment reply box it offers saved replies. The text goes in where your cursor is, replacing any selected text, and a space is added if it would otherwise stick to the word beside it.

Deleting saved text removes it for everyone. Posts and replies that already used it keep their text.
